Birthday Celebrations


Been a while since I posted anything, I've been having a little holiday from my beading and other things.
It was my Birthday last Saturday and I thought you might like to see the great Beer Glasses my friend bought me

Day Two........

To say I'm having an amazing time is pretty much not really getting it. Firstly I must tell you about my hotel. It's not a 5 star luxury place as I really don't feel comfortable in those type of places but a little boutique type I have a standard double room with on suite very comfortable but what makes this place is the staff! Each one I've met have been so Welcoming and courteous can't do enough for you. All love to hear your story and when I got back from my travels today wanted to hear what I'd done and where I'd been. I'm sure that they have heard it all before but chatted away with me like old friends. If you should be coming to Liverpool do yourselves a favour and book into The Z Hotel on North John Street! Well off I went exploring today Monday 13th July - Happy Birthday to my nephew Gary! I got myself a travel pass for the bus and train it's called a Walrus Pass loved that! The Beatles Story Part 2

Today I went to the second part of The Beatles Story at Pier Head, here they have The British Invasion, The Beatles Hidden Gallery and Fab 4D. Not quite as good as the exhibition yesterday but interesting nonetheless. No I didn't try it but you can have a drum lesson with Ringo Lots of interactive things like that. The Hidden Gallery was good photos of the boys taken during the early days and not seen by the public till 2010 when they were donated to the Beatles Story. They are limited edition prints available for sale, sadly only two of John, but lots of Paul and group shots so no didn't buy one! Next up was Fab4D which is a movie goes for about 15 mins and brilliant. You get splashed with water, tickled by an octopus and bumped around. Lots of fun too!
